Why do I get super mad when my friends don’t want to play with me? I feel tingly and like I want to scream!

GalGal's Answer:

With love from your penguin friend 💜

Oh, Liam, it's completely okay to feel mad when your friends don't want to play. You're feeling those big feelings because you really want to have fun and enjoy time with them. It's normal to feel tingly inside and even want to scream! That’s your body telling you that something is bothering you. What you can do, my little friend, is to take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a moment, and then let it out slowly through your mouth. This can help calm those big feelings. You can also talk to someone you trust, maybe a grown-up or even your friends when you feel ready. It’s so important to share how you feel! Remember, everyone has these feelings, and it's all part of being a kid. Try using Remy The Rumbler to help you when you feel super mad. With him by your side, you can learn how to rumble through those feelings and find calm again. You've got this, Liam! I believe in you, and I’m proud of you for wanting to understand your feelings!
