# We're on a mission to empower little hearts and minds.

At ESSTA Kids, we believe that emotional intelligence is the foundation for a happy, resilient life. We're a team of psychologists, educators, and parents dedicated to creating gentle, effective tools to help children navigate their big feelings.

## Our Philosophy

We're guided by three core principles in everything we create.

### Psychology-Backed

Every story and activity is rooted in proven child psychology techniques like CBT and mindfulness.

### Connection-Focused

Our kits are designed to be shared, fostering meaningful conversations between parents and children.

### Joyful Learning

We use the power of play and storytelling to make learning about emotions a delightful experience.
